Warranty

 Dear Customers,

Please read and review this agreement before using this product. If you do not agree with or wish to accept the terms of this agreement then please do not use the product.

By using this product you agree to be bound by this agreement and represent you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

Always follow the instructions in the manual, especially when it concerns devices which need to be assembled.

 Warranty Range and Duration

The two-year warranty applies to most Wale products unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Accessories included with the main device and batteries have a warranty of six months.

When buying used Wale products, the product warranty remains measured from the time it was bought by the original owner.

Warranty Condition

In case of defect, return the product to your reseller with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.

During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the reseller if available.

For missing accessories such as user manual, or other items, contact our Service Centre.

Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repaired by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.

 Warranty Does Not Include

Power supplies, batteries, antennas and all other products integrated in, or directly connected with, the main product or products that may reasonably assumed to have a different wear pattern than the main product are therefore not covered by the Wale guarantee.

Warranty does not apply when incorrect or improper use, external influences and/or opening of the housing has been done by parties other than Wale. Any unit or defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.

Repairing the unit must be done by Wale qualified personnel. The warranty expires immediately if the unit is repaired and/or when the product is used.

Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.

In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
